Performing Music without Tension
A body awareness workshop with an emphasis on relieving performance anxiety. Students take part in alternative performing techniques about posture, hand position and breathe control. This class includes learning some massage and stretching exercises based on techniques borrowed from Tai Chi, Yoga and Accu-pressure.
